Employee turnover at the hubs

I’ve heard that the turnover rate at the three hubs Is well over 100% a year. Does anybody know the real figure?

Contact center positions had extremely high rates at one point for one particular hub. I know salaries were adjusted in order to make an attempt for some low pay grade positions to remain competitive in the market. You can't expect a $27,000/yr call center employee to not jump at the opportunity for a minor raise, even if it means switching companies. I think SF got a wakeup call that they were no longer in beautiful Bloomington Illinois and people were more than willing to leave the company.

2 years ago the turnover rate was 30% in the hubs. I haven't seen the updated figures but I imagine it has only gotten higher. This has created lots of problems with no plans to effectively improve the situation.

Perhaps in the contact center-type jobs. I know the prof/tech jobs are experiencing high turnover but definitely not 100%. Doubt you'll be able to get any real figures through this board
