Due to national security, Q is exempt now from filing WARN notices..
WARN notices are typically filed by the company literally the same day or a day earlier of when the workers are actually notified 1:1 and given the papers. So by the time WARN uploads the PDF at its next upload date, the workers would have been notified by the company.
Dont go by WARN, they dont do it all the time.
