Qualcomm used to be a world class company. Now the MBAs and Lawyers are running the company will make it a crippled enterprise for the years to come.
Most companies with integrity operate with employees in mind. They cut salaries, reduce 401k matching etc but keep the employee employees.
Qualcomm is paving the way to ignore the employees and support the greed of investors and their own bank accounts. I have never seen a wealthy company screw over so many good employees with such a selfish greedy move.
Way to go Qualcomm...
