VZW call center / Ops peeps - let me see...do I have this right?

2014 - Meriden, CT - Cranberry Woods / Warrendale, PA - Irvine & Folsom, CA
2015 - 20 Regional Offices consolidated / Area Structure GONE
2016 - Calkins Rd., OH - Bangor, ME - Lincoln, NE - Rancho Cordova, CA - Orangeburg, NY

*Note - 2017 revenue - $126B

*Note - 2018 tax rate decrease - savings of $3.5 to $4B

2018 - Huntsville, AL - Little Rock, AK - Mankato, MN - Hillard, OH
2019 - Albq, NM - Charleston, SC

Can only wonder what's next and when? Thoughts?

More vendor centers now. God most of those reps are horrible it is so frustrating to work with them. You can tell they don't give a hoot about the customer or the quality of their work because they probably earn seven dollars an hour.

All because of no union to fight for you. Fios call centers are doing fine and actually adding jobs not cutting them.

Home based agents will end up being independent contractors... which means no benefits.. this is in the horizon

Are there fewer outsource centers through Alorica, AFNI, or Sitel?

Hilliard is not completely closing. Customer Service is going Home Based Agent. There will still be 1,900 of the 2,400 people currently employed in that office still working there after the HBA changes happen. Both BGCO Midwest and National teams take up two floors of that building alone. B2B Sales, Revenue Assurance, HR, and multiple other work groups are staying there.
