I offered to go to 3rd shift to help my club, I work in a department that never gets stocked on 3rd. All I asked was to stock my area first, then I would do what ever they wanted me to do. CM said no "He is not going to hide in his area all night!!!!" I am so done with this company, treat your employees like they are property and they will leave.....

We do it during the day, but our CM complains when we have to drop 10 pallets to fill all the holes.
It's sad that the ones that truly care about their areas are the ones that get pushed aside. Is there not anyone on nights to do that area? Orrrrr do you actually get it done during the day? Because if you do maybe they just figure if you can do it during the day and be there for member service it is a win win for them.
