You don’t need to start with HR. Raise a complaint with law enforcement or go to the media. I promise you they come to you and will listen for sure. What everyone misses here is that you have to have an outside party involved. If Nike is getting called out for not doing anything about this sh-- culture things will change. How do you think our factories got cleaned up. Someone raised alarm with the media. Nike wants to control this, if you are not getting what you need you have to have the courage to speak out using other channels. This will take a special person, like a super hero. Harvey Weinstein was untouchable for years because of all the things you fear at Nike. I will lose my job etc. finally one person had enough and we all know how that movie ended.

Took months for ER to investigate and then a very low key response of if you get any retaliation please let us know. Their manager has been informed but no real response. Check into ageism and look at other types of discrimination and sharing of personal information.

The hotlines are being processed by an outside company, not Nike.

@matterofrespect :

How big is your team? (because you should be flooded with complaints especially from digital and innovation alone)

What is your brief?

How deep will you or can you look into these complaints?

Seems like you have an impossible task as this cancer has spread and metastasised beyond what a hotline could possibly remedy?

Agreed, there are plenty of files on hand to look through.

Keep the flame burning on this one.

You don't need us to tell more stories! Start with the damn unanswered HR complaints you already have! Stories for days there! You might want to start with the upstanding men of digital brand

@rir I am an employee and I post here all the time. I've been on the site since June 2017. I route my messages thru TOR just to be safe. I know other folks who work here and who post. Last summer this site was very popular internally, I am talking 1000s of views on each post within a day. It's slower now but you still get 100s of people checking it out. Just saying...

Do you know anyone who had a good experience with HR or ER? Doubtful. I had heard when they want to get rid of you they get rid of you. My experience exactly. Never was it about the work. All about retaliation and not being part of the "group." Being told to smile more. It's called workplace mobbing. I finally figured out it wasn't me and there was nothing I could have done to "save" my job. Once they decide you are done for then you are done for.

Chill...I am not affiliated with Nike HR/ER, and I only reposted the e-mail address/phone number to keep it on the front page.

Do with it what you will...

HR...do you really believe that any current employee would ever post here?

We're too afraid to reach out and too afraid to post here.

Appreciate the attempt, but as the other poster said...

Not sure what you're gonna do...to fix the culture...maybe protect someone for once. maybe get rid of the bad apples.

how do YOU not know whatever one else knows. That's what's killing the culture. asking us to reach out when you should know damn well wtf is going on. smh.

good luck

Journalistic privilege mandates sources must be kept confidential. Why give info to Nike when we can call the media?

But nice try with all the spam bots and bros posting s-xist crap. Can’t imagine why women think there’s a problem.
