Sears Peabody is the worst place for announcements, Only store where the manager will conduct an conversation over the PA system. There's more paging for managers the anywhere i shopped , question is where are the asm's

Our store was down on sales. I believe compared to last years F&F like around 10k. We had some movement, but nothing overall special.
The store I stopped by was fairly busy. My biggest problem was the annoying announcements Every other second over the intercom. One department would do one then not a min later another one would do one. It was awful! People kept messing up tapping on the phone to see if it was working and hanging up because they thought it wasn’t going through. One announcement would have been more than sufficient. Way over kill and it did not make for a vey pleasent shopping experience. The worst one I heard went something like “does Your name start with a-z well then you are in luck you qualify for savings in the appliance dept”
