How about we get back to basics... deliver milk... satisfy the customers. And our business will grow itself. We don't need the high paid morons to ruin it to death. I'm a 20 year employee, got another 20 to go... I can't see this place being here for me to retire from. It's a great job, led by idiots.

Dean Foods bought out Southern Foods which was at one time Southland Corp.
Back then they were ran by dairy minded people who knew the industry and they treated their employees fairly with respect.
Now all they care about is their investors and their huge salaries .
Their best asset we’re their delivery people because they took care of their customers.
Now sadly it’s just a job to them and not a very good one .
Their management should be ashamed to call Dean the “# 1 “ provider .
They area sinking ship .
They get rid of old timers then pay less 4 What you do . thell even lie just 2 get you out.make up rules as they go or you didn't follow policy.good luck the milk man
