Metrics are impossible. I'm young enough and been around the whole ins industry. U don't get much more knowledge or faster than me. And I can't nor anyone can't make the unreasonable metrics set by Sf. CLASS action. Is coming for age descrimination and rehiring young. Sf is discusigning age descrimination by offering an old fart they know will retire In a year or so a job. Yet a worker with 40 yeaes gets no offer. They take severeance and then the old person works until they feal they can retire. It's a win win for. Sf. Theo younger person gets let go to with severe nice and the older person retire in 2 yes. And now all new cheep unknowledoable ace free to sit at home

I would fire anyone that can’t meet their own metrics. I am talking at an executive level of course.

But be cautious when monitoring some of these areas (Systems Executive) have a funny way of “spinning” or “miscalculating” their performance. Many folks on here know who and what I am speaking about.

I would fire all the VP's, CEO, Board, Section Managers - as they say cut the fat!!! Every one that came up with a stupid program/idea to justify their little, bean counting existence, such as about your business AKA a HUGE waste of money.... I would get rid of all the managers that have no idea what the computer systems are capable of doing, all the chuckle heads who are unable to do a proper phone monitor by putting the wrong notes in the review. I would FIRE anyone not capable of knowing what the computer systems can do, what work they were supposed to do when in a file, not calling all the phone #'s in the claim, not updating from ISO, accepting mail into images and not going any further, not send out timely NOC's. Then I would take a day off, and start again.
