If only the CEO would bring call centers back to mainland USA and only carry items made in USA.

Meant to say would have (past tense) helped a lot. Now those customers alienated from the call center stonewalling in limited English have gone.
The average remaining SHLD customer is looking for cheap, not quality.
US based call centers would help a lot. Even though more expensive, so many customer relationships would have been saved if this had been in place. The language barriers to helping the customer took a bad situation and made it worse.
All US made products is probably a fantasy at this point.
It would cost too much.
Then your products will be even more expensive than what they are today. This is globalization. Capitalism. The free market. Stop living in 1969 and come into the future (or go live in Russia)
