Oracle is a great place to start your career as they hire the best engineers who can mentor you in the Oracle ways. If you leave Oracle then you will miss the company as that's what generally happens with those who part ways.

Oracle cloud is a very cloudy business.
RSUs are free money.
Do take into account that the stock price is on a decline. So, a year from now, when the RSU vests, you will see a possible significant decrease in TC.
