normal route men who have had routes for 10 yrs and up are getting booted to 40-45 hrs weekly, new young guys are being hired working 50 plus hrs. makes alot of sense to pay 2 men to do one route. clearly if it was thought through the routes could've been done in less hrs working 5 days a week with the reorganization. mayfield use to be a very hard job to get now you can walk in the door looking like a stuffy hoodlum and your hired. sad that this company has stopped caring about those who have dedicated their lives to this company.

lots of men are going to 4 day work rotation in some areas. im hearing that they have dropped hrs by at least 10 hrs off weekly. Hiring other drivers less pay to do the same routes in other words 2 men doing same rt just different days. to me this is crazy. customers will get unsatisfied because work ethic is different in everyone, when something goes wrong on the rt someone is going to get blamed!!! hopefully its not your week! stupid changes. thats what high paid uppers do

Dean always changes the rules especially in the nonunion plants . They are closing plants every year. Fluid milk is very tough for a poorly run company.
