Not at oracle but years ago, there was a Chinese guy at my company who would completely undress to use the toilet. Very odd. This is much more gross though.

Sad to say but p--ping on toilet paper and disposing of it in the trash is a common practice in inner city ghettos where the pluming is broken. Rich white people are not used to this practice. So welcome your new class of grads from the ghetto. MH is doing a great thing for diversity.
