Are we are attracting cheap customers or ones with money to spend? I just don't get our purpose anymore.

Disagree....at one time we were high class and luxurious, but now it's just over priced cheap junk. Most of the stores that I've been to look like K-marts. Dirty, dark, and disorganized.
Don't you mean a "Luxury Bait-Shop?"
Angler's and hunter's alike should be able to get their nails done at these places.
