The company is not letting us know anything everyone is in the dark. It is very difficult to work when you do not know what is going to happen with your job.

Best feeling is getting laid off from Sprint and moving on. The company is a disease and has been for nearly 2 decades.
When would be the next round?
Was one week shy of my 9th year before I was laid off. So many people impacted, wondering what Sprint will be like when it's over.
I am a casualty of this month’s layoffs. A little over a couple weeks back we were told by our manager that expected impact was minimal & that cuts likely would be limited to just open positions not being filled. In the end my manager had to lay off the majority of the team. It appears most cuts are being initiated from the VP level & lower management wasn’t made aware until the very last minute to keep it quiet and reduce push back. It’s clearly all about being stealth now.
I got laid off after 11 years at Sprint. I had no clue it was coming, the manager was like, all is good, all is good, and then I got cut.
I worked there for 4 years. I was clueless when I was laid off that it was coming.
I totally understand. I worked there for 18 years!
It is not a good feeling at least someone understands.
That was me every time layoff season began at Sprint
