Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

So I am wondering if it is just me or does anyone else think that there seems to be a big disconnect between Humana overall and H@H. I never notice nurses and coaches from the other parts of humana complaining on here or at work either. I interact with the ones in the medicare markets and they seem peachy cream comparatively. I get the grass is always greener on the other side, but seems to me most the issues I have come from H@H directly vs humana. Even this move to hourly, overall I think it is a really good thing for most and glad HR and big humana did it. I am sure H@H is pissed about having to pay us more cause they didn't change our pay so cost go up across the board. Feels like all the good stuff comes from humana and other areas got it pretty good so maybe the issue is our leaders not humana. I don't want to leave humana I just want out of H@H.
