Received an email from the COO (who is he anyway) that all of DCEH has a hiring freeze. Essential positions only will be approved on a case by case basis.

that's correct. RP already has got a golden parachute amounting to millions of bucks and 18 months of fully paid salary from devry while he gets a second salary riding the dream center gravy train.
Devry, ITT, Corinthian--we hire only the best and brightest retreads.
I guarantee most of the older retread operators hired are just trying to rack up high earning social secuity credits before it's c---tail time.

That said, there is a freeze in place. It is not clear if its due to financial reasons or hr onboarding changes that need implemented prior to more hiring.
