If conagra didn't pay what they do it wouldn't have a workforce it would be a revolving door. But opportunities are taking place everywhere and the available workforce is quitting and going elsewhere. Maybe they should make some crow to sell. They have a cancer they cannot get rid of their reputation where there plants are.

ConAgra hit 5 out of 10 things posted in Forbes publication for "what bad management says to its employees" so go figure. Even the pros know this place.
Why stay with a company that does not value your contributions. The attitude the SLT seems to project is " be grateful you have a job".
