Millennials RULE.
It is unfortunate that there is such a focus on millennials. In my current company I have had some interesting times watching them and their work style. There is a certain lack of discipline that only comes with experience and that is to be expected but there are also the behaviors that reek a sense of entitlement. It will be interesting to see how these companies fare in 10 years since that perceived gain from enhanced innovation comes at a fairly high cost in terms of productivity and commitment which seems to me less engrained in the millennials.
