All major lines losing business

How is it possible all major lines within the company are losing business and severely under plan. Km referring to the report that came out Tuesday. When is this great turn around going to happen. I'm tired of hearing about scandals, I'd rather have an actionable detailed plan about how MT plans to keep this company afloat. So frustrated with SF.

"It is impossible for all lines to be losing business."

Of course it's impossible! Aaron Rodgers explains this clearly in his new $20 million ad created for the NCAA finals, "discount downsizing" - er, "doublecheck".

It is impossible for all lines to be losing business. The answer to policy attrition was developed several years ago. Sink millions and millions of $$$$ into sports sponsorships and advertising. Get the Packers to be spokesmen and customers will flood SF with new business.

Stop spreading LIES! I see the commercials every 10 minutes on the tube. I know the truth. SF has more business than they know what to do with. All of this Layoff stuff is one giant April Fools prank.

@SqAuBeV-1py - tell me how agents are getting 30% of every $. Maybe on some life policies, but that’s it. Max comp rate on P&C is 15% and only for agents on pre-AA97 contract.

We have to drastically decrease the agents. Most polivyholders don't know who their agents are, let alone deal with them in person! As long as the agents get 30% of each the dollar, the prices will not become competitive! Wake up Tipsord!!!

Easy to see why we are down in all areas. For the most part we are not competitive price wise in our core products, home and auto. Therefore agents have less opportunities to sell other products. All companies pretty much now give multi line discounts so hard to sell just the home or auto to clients. Then you throw in poor customer service and declining claim service it takes a toll. My opinions but this is what I gather from agency force.
