It's impossible to order the correct parts through the home office "special order" team. One said team member has never heard of Raybestos. "How do you spell that?" Are you f---ing kidding me? Or how about Advance Salvage? They have clueless kids manning the station there. I guess this is what we get when we hire a ceo with zero automotive experience. I'll never use those useless resources again. APAL has tons of listings for heavy truck stuff but you know what? The DCs are empty! AAP has to be the worst managed company right now. The end is near!
