Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Genius Plan

For the benefit of those who have not been thru a downsizing at SF. In past when layoffs were looming, SF would use managers near retirement age to be the bad cops if you will to implement whatever layoffs needed to be administered. After completion of the dirty work, the managers would retire. Walla no one to blame. New managers have deniability..after all it was old Marco who laid off your co-workers...not me...

If Mr. Tipsord did have an affair with another employee it would just be adultery or is it also a code of conduct violation and grounds for immediate termination? Does anyone know?

Heard a manager in AZ auto claims had had every employee quit due to oppressive new environment...it's too much. Who wants to work like that...where's the humanity? Please hold while I find the next available claims representative because your claim rep that knows everything about your file is on taking a call for another claim rep...Please hold using empathy in your voice...oh wait wasn't supposed to read that part of the word track.
