The reorg at MSFT is right on and will help them further pull away from oracle. Oracle completely incapable of redeploying resources and putting new people in charge. Stuck with the 3 stooges and TK, like the dinasours waiting for a meteor to wipe them out. Sad!

MSFT isn’t a cloud company - it is a retail company. They mainly sell (95%) O365, Azure and they are old wine in the new so called ‘cloud bottle’. What is good at MSFT is, big talk, one CEO, and good PPTs. Oracle product, future is any day good but the leadership s---s. MH, DD, SH, EMEA,APAC heads are bunch of wh--e.

Microsoft isn't the same company since Ballmer left. You can't run on empty and expect to be kings of the cloud. The only way is up so don't ignore the warnings from others that there is a down side.
