Chesapeckers We Have A Problem......

53 was the number for March. This is the most people that have voluntarily left in a 30 day period in company history. Do you think we may have some issues? People are not happy, we better do some additional culture training.

And the land department exodus continues. You think all these defections might be due to an inexperienced/incompetent management staff or could it be the fact that you have to log your bathroom breaks in Leasepro?

On another note, glad to see they put the administrative cost savings to good use New stop signs and fresh road paint!!

Not very hard to find other jobs making more money with better benefits and better schedules. This HSA plan is a joke. Trackopolis is stupid. Those huge gas monitors are dumb. Culture training is dumb. 4DX is stupid. Let's spend millions on dumb stuff instead of focusing on the major concept which is getting gas and oil out of the ground and across the meter. This isn't an oil & gas company anymore. It's a daycare.
