We did not have the wide layoffs other teams had I’m wondering if it’s going to happen now. This leadership group is not very transparent about what’s happening. Maybe time to look?

If you work for Walmart you should ALWAYS be braced for layoffs. Especially if you've been with the company for more than 20 yrs and you are not going for managment. Those are the people that they are headhunting.

You should always be braced for layoff notices. When the CFO makes a statement in a townhall like "To be transparent, the rolling cycle of layoffs will continue. Not only to meet the ZBB approach, but to also create anxiety"....what a tool. Sounds like a great place to leave.
