• Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) CEO Tim Cook will be deposed on June 27 in the Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) lawsuit, according to Bloomberg.
• The suit accuses Apple of “lying to regulators in order to spur investigations of Qualcomm. Apple had filed complaint over chip royalties.”

Great news for qualcomm! As an outside shareholder I seriously think Apple will come around and settle quickly with terms more favorable to Qualcomm.
So far, with the new FTC people, and the likelihood of the FTC dropping charges, it looks like Apple is sitting there with its tail between its legs.
Depose here means something different from what you think it is. It means Tim has to testify.
This is where it gets good. Apple has been getting fined for everyday they haven’t produced documents proving their allegations. Qualcomm has happily provided all discovery items. Someone get the popcorn refilled, it’s ON!
