They let people go today for no rhyme or reason, performance #s were not a factor. And the severance package being given to management is a f---ing joke. The call today was a scripted call with zero sympathy.

It's awful how they give you assurance one day and the next -BYE
It was corporate level. There really seemed like their was no rhyme or reason. I have always been one of the top performers in my department and my salary is in the upper middle in my division. There were many high performance workers laid off and some of the poor producing people stayed. I am befuddled. Just the day before i was complemented and given two rather large task to do.
Was this at store level or corporate level? Cosmoprofs or Sally Stores.
