This is what Oracle does, for services it finds cheap a-- places to "invest" into. India and Romania for example. It does the same with development for the products it wants to retire.
Just goes to show how the one per enters view certain places as ripe for their picking. As I recall, an apartment complex for working people was purchased by Oracle and razed for this new office.
Here's what's funny "-1kpz"... I'm not laid off. I work at Oracle in Austin. Just was posting b/c it was interesting that not everyone is a big fan. This was shared around the Austin City Council this week and I have many friends working at city hall. So, just was sharing.
I'm not getting laid off, btw. So maybe you need to stop being so hateful.
Silly post...this is getting boring since all the fake layoffs that you predicted have failed to materialize. Sorry you were RIFed but that’s show business. My suggestion is to find a new job and move on with your life.
