you are better off knowing what Oregon and Federal Law are all about...specifically around...equal pay for equal work, and constructive dismissal.
Education yourself. Protect yourself.
These guys just want to figure out how to placate you and shut you up.
Think about the money and salary they are trying to protect to have you fall in line.
