Jabil will hire the roaches that live there. They'll have them doing some work.
I just dont quite see how SM extracts much $value from the deal. Is it about offloading expensive 'headcount' without actually laying off hundreds ?
Jabil for sure and no severance for employees transitioning 😱
I think a deal was struck with Jabil buying the facility and will manufacture for qcom
