I have never been so worried in my life for job security. Altice is getting me worried that I may not have a job in a few years. A lot of these changes that are happening are not good for the workers. What do you all think?

I'd love to see those sales people working on a 10 plies on the ground outage. Run strand, attachments, splice hard cable and other couplers, line extenders nodes etc. Lets watch as the rookie min wage replacements try to fix a few 432 fiber counts as well! NID'S should pose no challange either, right?

its the same sentiment everywhere.unfortunate as there is so much that can be done to change this old cable culture of fear.the solution apparently is just to mass hire green subs for field work,and more and more and more sales agents.

Been worried since September 2015. If they wanna get rid of me they can but I will collect that check till they do. They want folks to quit.
