Ok everyone move your stickies. The tech agile transformation is a huge mess. Slower and more expensive. We are paying people to sit (stand) and talk about waht they are working on. What a joke. The other funny/sad thing is our invisible lump of a leader hasn’t even talked about agile once. I don’t even know if our See-Eye-Oh even works at Nike anymore. Yay for awful outsiders destroying our culture. The worst part our Nike family is gone forever. The divorce has been messy. Praise be to the geese.

Agile transformation failing? From what I’ve seen, it’s a better quality of work instead of working with the one BSA saying it can’t be done.
