Has anyone been picked for shadowing? What is the purpose of the shadowing? Will they listen to calls as well as watch us document? Any info is appreciated.

Yeah well we are short on staff as it is so doubt that.
WEll they did that with HUMANA at home RNHCM to and look where that got us laid off. They always tell us it is to make it better for us or streamline things but in reality it is to see where they can cut more heads
