It is time that IT and customer service teams form a Union and prevent employee abuse, you can negotiate raises, regulate working hours, regulate overtime and prevents unfair treatment and termination.

Nothing like a strike to get the managements attention.

Looks like HAMMER and NAIL found the screws.

Get another job now, while you are still employed. Take your time and get a good job with a company that has great benefits and stock that has done well. Much easier to negotiate salaries with a new company when you are still employed. There is no guarantee that there will be a decent severance package when the next RIF happens. Take care of yourself and your family.

I doubt that things will "change" for the better within a few short months. If a company has value in the market, then they make money and in turn, keep, promote, and reward employees. CHC appears to moving downward, not upward. No merit increases is a true red flag. I just hope they have enough money left to give severance for future layoffs.

Hummmm! Not a very healthy message sent to all 10,000 employees. A new company in financial trouble before the cord is cut? Even with the huge Trump tax incentives?

Not even the promise of a carrot? No, "100 shares per year of service", when we go IPO? Nothing? I thought you said I was of value. Nothing?

Hmmmm? So so sad you needed my 27.30 per week that bad. But, really? No carrot?

When someone takes something from you and gives you nothing in return, that is called a frayed relationship. Next time please leave out a tip cup, I prefer to help those I am in a relationship with. No need to take from my cubbard.

No surprise that we aren't getting a merit increase !! They just keep dragging us along until they get the outsourcing figured out and then they wont need to give the increase because the work will be sent over seas. I believe that if you really care about your employees you find a way to budget in the merit pay. i dont think ive ever seen a company give an IOU....wow.

So your telling me by Oct you will be more financially able to pay us.I just honestly cannot believe anything CHC tells me.

I have to see it to believe it.....we shall see

Nail and Hammer just released the Team Member Communications. Bunch of Pigs! Let them take a pay cut. Stop wasting money on executive lunches and meaningless trips. An entire team that supports big operations is planning a walkout... no compensation for our hard work, no more effort! Evrryone, start looking for a new job now. Let Change think of what CHANGE could have been made instead of this! We are done being lied to. Many companies gave their employees a bonus after the new Trump tax laws. Not Change... they don't care.

Everyone, the writing is on the wall. This company is seriously floundering. Find a new good job while you still have one. Much easier than finding one after being laid off.

What annual merit increases? For the last few years it has been something like 10 cents an hour, less than the rate of inflation. And they just reduced the amount of our 401 match. Something needs to "change."

It seems like the last poster is trying to keep employees from posting on Glassdoor to silence people( Is that you HR?). It doesn't mean you have to be negative you can just tell the truth and the truth is stranger than fiction. According to there policy on the Glassdoor site they don't readily share information.

Agreed, it has already been a demoralizing environment with poor leadership this decision in the Nail in the coffin. This communication is about no merit increases and I am guessing bonuses( if we still get those). It feels like the plan is to move increases and have another major Rif so that they won't have to pay out increases/bonuses at all. At this point, there is no reason to continue to work hard for Change. They have the nerve to be bringing on new hires while treating existing employee like dirt. If you haven't already please go company rating sites and give Change the rating they deserve a zero.

This is going to have a major demoralizing impact on the remaining technical staff that have been working like dogs after the last RIF. What a punch to the gut.

I guess CHC hasn't figured out that good employees need rewards, not whips.

Unbelievable. Let's work everyone to death (because too many resources RIF'd)), provide sub-par customer service due to resource issues, skim over quality to meet deadlines. Hmmm.... sounds like a bright future for all. How disappointing. This McK-CHC merger was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread. NOT.
