That this company is in ruins as it winds down and is acquired, PKA. You hired bad people to do bad things all at your behest. You lied to the street with false numbers in every respect; performance, safety, quality, financials etc. There is even a FCPA investigation around Russia that your little chronies are hiding from the world. You should be ashamed! You should be wearing orange.

"If the new organizational chart of McDermott is anything, most of the useless VPs are not in that chart."
They shouldn't be even during the final negotiation with McD. and even worst the shouldn't have been in "THE LAST" CB&I Org chart.
"This book entailed "Collapsed Bridge & Imploded" by PA and all useless VP's. Saddly but it's the true story!"

Those that bring companies down like this should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. What they did to enrich themselves at the expense of their employees, customers, shareholders, etc should be a criminal offense. Those that brought down Enron and Tyco, etc were held accountable and so should those at CBI. I'm sure Mr. Horton is turning over in his grave at how the company he founded has now met its demise. There is a book called "The Bridge Works, a History of Chicago Bridge and Iron". It would be interesting to read what an update to this book would entail.
Good quote, Anonymous, from one of my favorite movies.
Appropriately, Gordon went to jail. No multimillion dollar golden parachute for him. The guys that planted CBI six feet under could have taught Mr Gekko a thing or two. But Gordo's hair and suits were so much better.
The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed -- for lack of a better word -- is good.
Greed is right.
Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit.
Greed, in all of its forms -- greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge -- has marked the upward surge of mankind.
And greed -- you mark my words -- will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA.
