This site I feel is more open about employees sharing what is happening to them. This other site that is trying to get people to go over is being very selective at what they are sharing on their site. You have to share your name and email, they say they won’t publish it. This means it is not anonymous. It appears that they want to hear from mainly union reps and confirmed sources.
I think that the thelayoff.com is more conducive for hearing about things that fellow employees are experiencing and that may be happening to them. The company leaves you in the dark until the last moment. The union also is not fully upfront with their members.
We the employees can help each other by telling each of us what’s happening in their county, state, division. The more we the employees know, the better we are at making a decision on what’s best for us and our family. Keep checking back on this site and share information.
