Buy ur landlord some lunch, give him/her an occ and bring up the lease question.....
Not a pro tip. An existing lease may be assumed by an authorized retailer at any time. Also, Verizon has been known to sublease retail space. Retail is dead. Time to get a real job.
My stores lease is up this year. Who do I ask if they are renewing?
My store has had facilities stop by multiples times in recent weeks, fixing lights, hauling off with old wireless workshop chairs we haven’t used in two years. No stores have been closed in my region yet (Northeast).
This question is null and void. A corporation will renew a lease and sublease it without your knowledge. You are looking in the wrong places for clues.
