I have it on very good authority that a RP has recently contacted a headhunter. Changes are coming people, get out in front of it so you’ll be prepared. Don’t be blindly lead to the slaughter by the people above you, they don’t care about you, they’re looking to get out themselves

This sort of thing means nothing to us who work on teams in stores.
You are just a peon and don’t realize that everybody at upper levels of a company has contact with recruiters. Usually they decline the offers but every once in a while... kaching!
I think the only people that need to be worrying about coming changes are TL and up.

Yeah our pay scale used to be juicy compared to other rwtail/service/s#itjobs..but they are catching up now..walsmarts paying the same to stary in florida and they get an hour lunch...plus have you ever seen the stockers in walmart actually working??same pay for way less work,rules,and overly entitled customers
They will get paid off to go away if amazon wants them out. I find it funny I have seen multiple random entry level jobs that pay a few dollars an hour more then WF does it’s no wonder it’s impossible to staff or keep employees now.
