Looks like some of these posts about knee surgery were copied and pasted from an earlier thread. Old news.

Going back to the post before people started slamming each other for how they recover from surgery, when is the next layoff, and are people that took fmla targeted? That’s illegal....and why would you take fmla for your knee surgery, when is the family medical leave act?

Well good for you! I guess you didn’t need pain medicine.......or did you drive and work under the influence? Because by the sounds of it, you have to be under the influence of something.

Just wondering if the poster that talked about “frivolous” FMLA of 10-12 weeks for knee surgery has ever had knee surgery. Because after 2 knee replacements, I can tell you that it is no friggin’ picnic. I would have 50 hysterectomies rather than 1 knee replacement. You cannot work in pain. You cannot work with your leg elevated and wrapped in ice. You cannot work in a desk chair when you cannot even get out of a chair without someone to help. So poster, I find your comment pretty ignorant, not to mention lacking empathy which HAH promotes. Maybe you should be the first one out the door!

So the days of severance are over. I heard those that took frivolous FMLA in the last 12 months are next which included using up 10-12 weeks on Knee surgery when you work from home.Good Luck.

Yes, they are writing people up for not being able to meet their rediculous demands. They are beyond nit picking. They dont care what you do to help the member. But they shove in your face if you cant meet numbers because of helping said people, and threaten or write you up. Its complete control. This isnt what Im most capable of, i have a masters degree yet stuck doing surveys and having to worry if i click the correct drop down (or else fail a chart). I just want it to get better. I want them to see how they can improve as leaders.

They are writing up people, doing action plans and pushing people to quit or be terminated.

Do not hold out for severance. Get out, so glad I did and so much happier

I took matters into my own hands. I hated it and quit. I don’t understand people who stick around and complain.

Has anyone heard any rumblings of early retirement option again? I would jump on that and save someone else.

I think many of us want a layoff. This company it's a joke. I've been here for almost 7 years and I'm about done with the changes that seem to come in my department every 2 weeks.

Unfortunately it looks like they are focusing in in the home home health care and less and less on telephonic case management. SNP HCM here and worried about my job.BUT HONESTLY WOULD WWLCOME A LAY OFF. the stress is killing me.
