NXP saga continues

I guess they are really playing hard to get... Still no end in sight for the whole ordeal...

I assume he meant NXP.

Clearly they’re as keen to get this done as Qualcomm.

The stockholders of NXP won’t submit their shares until MOFCOM have approved the deal, it’d just reduce their agility in selling their shares if things turned sour.

Who is ‘they’? MOFCOM?
