1.Move all Operations to Asia - Ops head should be based in China.

Close all Europe operations. There is no revenue there.

Settle the lawsuits and outsource the Legal Department after 2018.

Outsource IT to India. Move all productivity Apps to Google apps.

Outsource HR. Move HR System to Workday.

Sell all non-core business units. Streamline all of NXP before integrating it. Sell the fabs.

Shut down the Ventures unit. Investments have already been made.

Eliminate each and every department that has Strategy in its description. It's not working.

Re-title exec ranks. No EVP/<10 SVPs/<50 VPs/ZERO Sr. Directors. Director title only if responsible for 100+ team.
Achieve the above in 12-18 months and the stock will be at $120.
