Haven’t read anything on this sight about the jewelry associates... Any REAL news on when the counter will be unmanned? There are still a lot of team leads for jewelry... don’t want to hear it was eliminated years ago... yada yada.. real news only please. With the new counters we barely get any merchandise.. sales have plummeted.. why keep it manned? We have very little communication any more ... they closed the Bentonville sizing lab and didn’t even inform us .

We still have a Lead and one associate at my club.
We have a lead and a jewelry associate but they are never at the kiosk anyway. The associate rings register or is on the door most of the time and the lead??? She is always MIA. She's a 25 year associate so I am sure she is making that coin to.
I'm not sure exactly how it works, all I know is my club still has one but the club 20 minutes down the road doesnt have one, it now has a walk around display case its not a counter you can stand in. That change happened about a year ago there.
The more you post the more likely someone at home office realizes that your position is still around and they get rid of it. Enjoy it while you can before they get wise to it not being needed at all.
People modernization will eliminate it soon.
Our lead and associates went away when our jewelry was remodeled.
