If laid off, you can't access the internal site even if your last day is June 19. The help desk won't help you either since your employee number has already been removed and they can't verify you (again, even if your last day isn't until next week). Way to go Qualcomm....screw the layoff people even more with lack of access.

Hit ALT-F4 to get to the cobras..
The internal transition site doesn’t give all the details.
You can’t apply before your current coverage ends (end of month of termination date).
Once that happens then you will receive forms by mail and can apply.
Keep receipts for any medical costs before you are registered for COBRA and submit those for remboursements after you are registered.
