What is being expected of us now is so unreasonable

It is Sunday night and I dread the start of a new week. I have been an HCM RN for over 9 years. What is being expected of us now is so unreasonable. The mostly worthless classes we have to take; the meetings we have to attend; the surveys we have to complete; and the matrix we have to meet...are making this job probably the worst job I have had in over 30 years of nursing. The only advantage is that we work from home ...but even that is now not enough. I will be giving two weeks notice in a month. I would have remained if I saw some humanness in my coach or COM. But my coach just keeps piling it on and still expects us to participate in frivolous team activities because it makes her look good. For the sake of the remaining HCM RN's...please coaches be the spokes person you told our team you would be when you were hired into that position.

Must be some serious turnover going on. I had almost ten roster reassignments this morning.

We will do the best we can.

Completing the Comprehensive survey in the first 60 days is certainly unreasonable and is going to cause mbr satisfaction to drop!

Unreasonable? Our options are to stay or leave, that’s in our power, not management. It’s not going to change.

If you look in previous thread “turnover” the responses are still there.

Interesting...I was the one who wrote the note but certainly did not start a new thread with it. I was just responding to the Turnover thread. Somehow these responses get moved.

Since this post was moved to the top, somehow, all of our comments were deleted from its thread. Anyone know why this could have occurred?
