Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Where are my lines??

Ever since they've been laying off IT our pos system has been absolute garbage. Constant freezing and not sending lines for activation. How am I expected to just hand people the phone for set up at home if every 1/10 new lines doesn't get sent to activations in the system? Why do I have a 5 line discrepancy on my commission report vs only 1 charge back? Where the hell are my lines? I swear our system is purposely designed to screw reps out of the work they've done. Is anyone else experiencing this or do I just have terrible luck?

@TELUCt9-2mya No offense but you are doing it wrong....try putting your settings where they are supposed to be rather than where you WANT them to be.

In the center for brightness (No auto bright), 5 minutes for auto lock, and close all the programs via the home button at night so it gets updates and might actually work better when you need it.

If you do this and maybe throw it on the charger while at lunch (instead of a table, on a register, or say on a shelf somewhere) then you should be fine for your work shift.

@3lim it's not that they're trying to scam employees, don't get me wrong, i understand all the decisions are always for benefit of the company not the reps. But the much bigger issue is that the people at the top making the decisions are complete a-- clown buffoons with no clue how to run this company anymore

First, let me start by saying that is crazy! Secondly, Verizon has been doing this crap for years! That’s why they change the commission structure every year (And add changes throughout the year). They do not want you to really understand how you get paid. Couple that with their horrible P.O.S systems= Verizon gets the $ from your sale and your orders/lines “just fall out” =disappear from your commissions that you earned. Verizon has been scamming their employees for a VERY long time. I’m waiting for this MAJOR issue to hit the Media. You will be surprised how many people feel the same why. Form a discussion group if there are enough willing and vocal people ready to get the change needed. Media will be over over this! Verizon will spin you some BS story because that’s all they can do is lie. Media will be standing for you!! It’s risky but it’s NOT ok for Verizon to steal from their employees.! VZW is the WORST!

Yup same at my store in NEM. every day for the past weeek or so. Absolutely ridiculous. Freezes on processing.... so you refresh and it says you’re all set.... but you are most definitely not all set!!!!!
