Does anyone know about the future for the swap board in the call centers? I have a bad feeling this might be taken away or have a lot of restrictions soon.

Why would the swap board be eliminated? It’s a benefit to the business and to the employees. This seems to just be unnecessary pot stirring for the sake of stirring up sh-t. Grow up.
Yeah, who wants to use PTO for sick time. Wish we had the option of taking unpaid sick time and save PTO for time off when we need a break.
Well there goes everybody's chance for a vacation. Since they lumped together PSL and vacation days into PTO, employees now come to work sick, exposing their coworkers.
Bottom line, they don't want you to have ANY time off! That's why there is zero capacity, managers are not allowed to override time off anymore, now take the swap board away..
I can see the swap board going away too. It might not affect the supervisors if we use it, but I think they don't like it. Takes some of the control away from them, I guess. But sometimes it's the ONLY way to get time off if needed. If taken away, everybody is going to be pissed!!
I work at a SF, and I honestly think they are going to completely eliminate the swap board, which is a shame. It doesn’t affect or harm the supervisors or managers if we use it, but now they are trying to put different stipulations on it, along with a ton of other changes.
There is no reason the swap board would go away, how else would you be able to pay your best workers part-time incentives for full-time work?
Omg, I hope not! The swap board is often the only way anybody can get time off when needed!
