It’s not the function of the legal system to go looking for injustices under every rock and cranny as some kind of service for society. The way it works is, if you have a legal problem, you can tell them about it and see if there’s anything you can do about it under the law. Whatever you do is going to cost you and to take a large corporation to court takes bxxxx. They have deeper pockets and can wipe you out.

You just described all Fortune 500 companies. Some are better at Marketing & PR, particularly the west coast tech companies.
