I don't even work at QCOMM, but I have enough friends who work there and they describe it as real simple:

Be from the same village that your Director is from.

Don't be from a rival village/province/state/religious sect than that of your Director.

B) Listen and learn from leaders
C) Back-up your team and those who have invested on you
D) Stay active on social media and promote
