I agree. They "revised" the layoff package right after the merger and if you get laid off this round, you'll get a little more than if you get laid off next year.
Next year in 2019 is when they will clean house, and the severance will be next to nothing, no matter how long you've been there or what level you are at.
I thought that was made very clear in the revised severance information, not sure why others don't see the writing on the wall.

Big layoffs won’t be until a year..so no one gets a package..
Ever notice how layoffs ALWAYS happen before big holidays? If there are layoffs, they will be before July 4th.... before Labor Day.... before Thanksgiving.... before Christmas...
rinse repeat.

Offices in BW are starting to be cleared out.
