This company has seem an ever accelerating decline since he left. The indecisiveness of SM, the incompetence of JT , and the arrogance/stupidity of GD are killing this American institution. Even IF Apple goes favorable for Q and NXP closes (both of which I doubt); the company is in poor leadership hands.

I had pleasure worKing with SJ and IJ and they are indeed awesome. PJ is at different class (Lower) but PJ at least engaged. However, with SM, JT, CA are jokes especially SM. SM is indecisive, not engaging, .. He was doing a good job in product management..
The worse are QC BoD and shareholders, who let SM continue to ruin QC.
SM, JT, GD are Rodeo clowns that are only good for pushing bull sh-t.

The interaction and relationship Sanjay had with Irwin was amazing. I recall demonstrating portions of the original Scorpion processor to the two of them. Sanjay was very inquisitive, great questions, very sharp. Irwin stood back and listened, if there was something that was not asked, and he wanted to know...BAM he asked it. Made you realize, Irwin was listening and understanding all of the technobabble coming out of the engineers mouths.
Both were/are amazing individuals. If on SJ would come back...
